I graduated from Carroll University in 2023 from their Behavioral Health Psychology Masters program. Yes, me and Alex are siblings and yes we attended graduate school together!
I spend my free time hanging out with my husband and our six pets. I have a leopard gecko named Matthew, a chinchilla named Grandpa, a bunny named Bean, and two sweet orange cats, Chowder and Juice. I enjoy playing cozy games on my laptop and Nintendo switch and watching documentaries or horror movies.
As a therapist, I believe in unconditional positive regard and emphasizing the strengths of my clients. Therapy looks different for everyone and can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. I am here to work with you to create a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
I specialize in individual and group counseling for adults. I have experience working in a residential mental health facility serving adults struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
I currently have my in-training license (NO. 7764-226) and work under a supervisor (Alicia Fleishmann, LPC, CSAC, ICS, PMH-C).
