I graduated from Carroll University in 2023 from their Behavioral Health Psychology Masters program. I enjoy going for walks and staying active. I love trying new restaurants and get excited about the little things in my life. I enjoy playing video games on my PS5 and binge-watching the latest shows.
As a therapist, I am down to earth, nonjudgmental, and I add humor to the process. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable by being a grounding presence. I have experience working in a partial hospitalization setting, specifically with adults experiencing depression and other mood disorders. I currently have my in-training license (NO. 7712-226) and work under a supervisor (Alicia Fleishmann, LPC, CSAC, ICS, PMH-C).
I specialize in individual and group counseling for adults. You can expect to learn skills for coping and increasing your quality of life, mindfulness exercises, and even experiential therapy! Experiential therapy, if you choose, is a therapeutic approach where we could spend our session enjoying the outdoors or visiting non-office locations. We can go on walks, meet at parks, or choose a different outdoor activity that sparks your interest.
